Are your paintings hand-painted or printed?

All artworks at Velra Art are 100% hand-painted oil paintings created by skilled artists. We do not sell prints, giclées, or digital reproductions. Each piece is an original artwork, which means slight variations are natural and part of its charm.

Do you offer custom or personalized paintings?

Yes. We offer custom options including size adjustments, color modifications, and personalized compositions. Custom requests can be discussed before placing your order to ensure clarity and satisfaction.

What materials do you use?

Our paintings are created using professional-grade oil paints on high-quality canvas, ensuring durability, rich colors, and long-lasting beauty.

We ship to most countries worldwide, and shipping is free. Generally, you will receive your purchase in 13-17 days after order is placed. For quantity order, please contact us at info@velraart.com to confirm the accurate time frame.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure online payment methods available at checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your painting has not yet entered production, we may be able to modify or cancel your order. Once production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible. Please contact us as soon as possible for assistance.

When does production start?

All paintings are made to order. Production begins after your order is confirmed, ensuring that each piece is freshly hand-painted specifically for you.

How do I place an order?

Simply select your desired artwork, choose the size and framing option, add it to your cart, and complete checkout securely through our website.

Shipping

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, Velra Art offers free worldwide shipping. Shipping costs are already included in the artwork price.

Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?

Please note that once your order arrives in the country of destination, local guidelines apply and your order may be subject to import taxes and local duties. These taxes and duties are not included in your purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer. However, if applicable, we will support with any communication of information with customs as necessary.

Returns and Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your artwork. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the artwork is in its original condition.

Who covers the return shipping costs?

For damaged or defective items, we cover the return shipping costs. For other returns, the buyer is responsible for shipping fees.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive the returned items, it will take up to 3 business days for us to process the refund. For PayPal account holders, up to 3 business days for the transaction to appear on your PayPal account For credit card refunds. Between 7-14 business days for the transaction to be completed.

What if my painting arrives damaged?

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Custom or personalized artworks are generally non-refundable unless there is a quality issue or damage during shipping.

Does the painting come ready to hang?

Framed paintings arrive ready to hang. Unframed canvases are rolled securely for safe shipping unless otherwise specified.
