We provide a 30-day, risk-free money-back guarantee on eligible orders. If you are not happy with your artwork for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the following conditions are met:
- Artwork Condition: The artwork must be returned in the same condition as received, securely packaged (original packaging is strongly recommended).
- Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the artwork is damaged or defective. Please ensure the artwork is carefully packed to avoid damage during transit.
Damaged Items
While we take every precaution when packing, damage may occasionally occur during shipping. If your artwork arrives damaged, Velra Art will gladly arrange a complimentary replacement.
To report a damaged item, please:
- Contact us at info@velraart.com with your order number.
- Provide clear photos of the damaged artwork and the outer packaging.
- Allow us to handle the courier claim. We will coordinate with the shipping carrier and arrange for a replacement to be sent to you within a few days.
Return Shipping Fees
- Customer-initiated returns (such as preference changes): The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Fees may vary depending on the shipping carrier selected.
- Damaged or defective items: Velra Art will cover all return shipping costs.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
- Contact Us: Email info@velraart.com within 30 days of receiving your artwork to request a return or exchange.
- Return Timeline: Once your return request is approved, the artwork must be shipped back within 14 days.
- For Damaged Artworks: Please include photos of the damage and packaging so we can properly assess the issue. If the original packaging was insufficient, ensure the return is securely packed and documented with photos for insurance purposes.
Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect the returned artwork:
- Refunds will be processed within 3 business days.
- PayPal & Shop Pay refunds typically appear within 3 business days.
- Credit Card refunds may take 7–15 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.
