- Creation Time: Every painting from Velra Art is 100% hand-painted by a professional artist. The creation process usually takes 7–10 days, and your artwork will be painted by the same artist who created the original design.
How Much Does Shipping Cost?
- Shipping Fees: Shipping is included in the price of your artwork, no matter where it’s delivered. There are no additional or hidden charges.
How Are the Artworks Packaged?
- Rolled Canvases: Securely packed in a durable paper tube to protect the artwork during transit.
- Framed Artworks: Shipped in reinforced cardboard boxes or wooden crates, depending on the size and structure of the piece, to ensure maximum protection.
Who Handles the Delivery?
- Based on the destination and artwork size, we work with reliable international carriers such as FedEx, UPS and DHL to deliver your order safely.
Which Countries Do You Deliver To?
- We ship worldwide to all regions served by FedEx, UPS and DHL. If you’re unsure whether delivery is available to your location, feel free to contact us. We’re happy to help—even for remote destinations.
Is the Artwork Insured During Delivery?
- Yes. All artworks are fully insured during transit at no extra cost. Your order is protected from dispatch to delivery.
Can I Ship to a Different Country or Recipient?
- Your artwork will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. If you’d like to send it to a different person or country, simply enter the correct shipping details when placing your order.
- Gifts & Surprises: If your order is a gift, let us know—we’ll be glad to assist with special arrangements.
International Taxes & Duties
- Import Taxes & Customs Duties: Depending on your country, local taxes or customs fees may apply upon arrival. These charges are not included in the artwork price and are the responsibility of the customer.
